We only collect and process the information you provide us through our Contact Us menu. This is limited to your name, contact details and any preliminary information you may offer, to arrange an introductory call. Where you provide us with information that is commercially sensitive and confidential in nature, the handling of such information will be governed specifically by a Confidentiality Agreement that we will mutually enter into.
How we get your information and why we have it
Maritime-AI does not collect or store personal information as such. The information we receive is via the Contact Us menu and is provided to us directly by you, for the purposes of understanding the nature of your interest in Maritime-AI and for us to decide any relevant follow-through.
Where you provide us with information that is commercially sensitive and confidential in nature, the handling of such information will be governed specifically by a Confidentiality Agreement that we will mutually enter into.
Otherwise, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

Your information is securely stored on our Cloud directory till such time that any further engagement with us requires. Otherwise we delete any contact information after a period of 2 years.

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of any personal information about you that we may store. This is typically not the case with Maritime-AI.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify any personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of any personal information relating to you, in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
